Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Digital Platforms)

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ticketing and table booking platforms, ensuring seamless operations while driving engagement for the various Zouk Group concepts through email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. This role will also lead the development and management of the Zouk mobile app, overseeing troubleshooting, activations, and promotions to boost online registrations and in-app revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Ticketing/Table Booking Management: Oversee daily operations of ticketing and table booking platforms ensuring a smooth user experience. Analyze booking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote events, offers, and brand engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
  3. SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search visibility. Manage PPC campaigns, analyzing data to maximize ROI and reach.
  4. Social Media Advertising: Create and manage targeted social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging & optimized ad content.
  5. Mobile App Leadership: Lead the project for the Zouk mobile app, overseeing app management, troubleshooting, and user experience improvements. Plan and execute promotional activities and activations to drive online registrations and in-app purchases.
  6. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance for management & the team to reference.
Qualifications
  • Min. 3 years of managing multiple social media accounts (various verticals will be a plus)
  • Hands‑on experience in content management, ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; creative storyteller with unwavering attention to detail and a strong command of English
