Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
    • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including landing pages, email marketing, content marketing, and remarketing initiatives.
    • Manage paid advertising efforts, including SEM and influencer marketing, aligned with clinic services and seasonal health trends.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and advertising channels.
    • Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure alignment with search strategies and guide website development to optimize user experience and conversions.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management
    • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram).
    • Work closely with designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
    • Draft and publish social media posts, blog articles, and press releases aligned with marketing objectives.
    • Produce and edit videos for campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
    • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
    • Conceptualize and implement promotional activities and marketing activations to drive clinic awareness and sales.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis
    • Set up marketing analytics and tracking tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Analyze key performance metrics, report on campaign ROI, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Support marketing initiatives for new clinic openings in Singapore.
    • Support public relations efforts, media features, and maintain media relations.
    • Assist with ad hoc marketing duties and contribute to overall brand strategy.
