Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven hands‑on execution in campaign management.
- Strong understanding of 360° marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline channels.
- Strong written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Data‑driven mindset, proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the commercial vehicle/automotive industry will be a strong plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Propose promotional campaigns and branding initiatives to improve vehicle utilization and brand positioning.
- Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, automated workflows, and performance reporting using platforms such as Mailchimp and SendGrid.
- Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Explore and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, after‑sales support, operations) to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
