The Opportunity
- Work with one of Singapore’s largest electronic manufacturing companies
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Working location: Pasir Panjang
- 2 years contract (can renew/convert)
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce
- Skilled in customer acquisition, lead generation, and paid media campaigns
- Good at analyzing data and optimizing campaign results
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Tableau
Job Description
- Train customer service frontliners on subscription processes and promotions
- Manage service maintenance and warranty terms
- Report daily subscription sales and status
- Follow up on pending subscriptions and documentation
- Design and implement subscription service experience
- Collaborate with customer service and online teams on processes
- Promote subscription service benefits
- Maintain service terms and conditions
- Source materials for subscription support
- Provide regular reports to management
- Weekly / Monthly report to management of activity relating to subscription service
