Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Engineer to optimize equipment robustness and lead troubleshooting efforts. The role includes establishing Preventive Maintenance plans, liaising with vendors, and managing new equipment start-ups.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should also excel in teamwork and communication while demonstrating leadership attributes.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Diffusion Wet Equipment.
An excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Possess knowledge on SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS and all the statistical analysis tools.
Able to coach junior engineers in performing hardware trouble-shooting.
Establish Preventive Maintenance plans for all implant equipment.
Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues.
Initiate meetings with engineers to ensure efficient work.
Manage new equipment start-up to support production.
Provide long term solutions to address daily issues.
