Job summary

celecti pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Dietitian to join our public healthcare team. You will deliver person-centred nutrition care across community posts, including active ageing centres and home visits, ensuring high‑quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical nutrition, telehealth, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate nutrition programs for community health. Previous experience in public health nutrition is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community or public health nutrition, clinical dietetics, and program development.
• Strong competencies in client assessment, care planning, and telehealth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Nutrition care phases including assessment, diagnosis, prescription of dietary treatments and nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy to individuals, families, and at‑risk populations via home visits, telehealth, and outreach.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition programs to improve community health outcomes.
• Monitoring and counselling of patients in a variety of settings.
• Provide advice/ coaching to caregivers in terms of nutrition care for the patients.
