Job summary

tron dao is seeking a talented DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale high-availability platforms for its next-generation services. You will design secure AWS-based architectures, manage auto-scaling Kubernetes (EKS) environments, and implement CI/CD pipelines with Terraform/CloudFormation.

The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and cost optimization, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE with strong Linux administration.
• Hands-on with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS) and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficient in IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiar with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch).

Responsibilities

• Cloud & Platform Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage secure, auto-scaling AWS infrastructure and multi-tenant Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize zero-downtime deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC/Terraform).
• Observability & SRE: Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) to ensure 99.99% system availability.
• Performance & Cost: Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.

We are looking for a talented DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale high-availability infrastructure for our next-generation platforms.

No prior Blockchain/Web3 experience? No problem! If you have a solid foundation in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD automation in high-concurrency environments (Fintech, E-commerce, Gaming, or Big Tech), your skills are 100% transferrable.

What You’ll Do

• Cloud & Platform Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage secure, auto-scaling AWS infrastructure and multi-tenant Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize zero-downtime deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC/Terraform).
• Observability & SRE: Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) to ensure 99.99% system availability.
• Performance & Cost: Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps/SRE engineering, with a strong background in Linux system administration.
• Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS) and container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS).
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and modern CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Observability: Familiarity with monitoring & logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch).

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

• Hands-on experience with core middleware: Nginx, Redis, or MySQL.
• Experience handling high-concurrency, distributed systems in Fintech, E-commerce, or Trading environments.
• Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional teams and cross-border partners).
