Job description

CPSS is responsible for cloud development, delivery and operations for APAC. This unit has consolidated all cloud system operations and developed a platform for all new cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute software release builds and deployments for cloud application services
• Build automation, continuous integration, delivery and deployment
• Design & deploy cloud platform capabilities using cloud hosting tools (full stack – network, load balancing, DNS, security, databases).
• Implement & build automation tools such as Jenkins, , and Python scripting for streamlined deployments & systems updates
• Ready to be on call

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud deployment, including AWS console and CLI
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• Strong knowledge of the DevOps tool chain on Linux/Windows platforms; Terraform, Jenkins, Python, Ansible, Confluence, GIT, etc.
• Proficiency in system design & architecture.
• Self-starter with ability to recognize and develop new process for cloud architecture.
• Entrepreneurial by nature. Independent work ethic.
• Persistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatches them efficiently, pulling in others as necessary. Requires minimal direction/oversight.
• Takes the initiative to fix issues before being assigned them
