Job summary

Newbridge seeks a talented DevOps Engineer to build and scale our client Cloud Native DevOps Platform supporting millions of users and thousands of developers. You will work at the intersection of Infrastructure, SRE, and Backend Engineering to improve deployment velocity, system reliability, and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure role in a high-traffic internet company.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production at scale.
• Proficient in Linux, networking, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Expert in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a must).
• Proficient in at least one language: Go, Python, or Shell.
• Understanding of microservices, service mesh (Istio), and cloud-native principles.

Responsibilities

• Build Cloud Native Platform: CI/CD, automation, configuration management, and AIOps.
• Evolve cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes to empower business teams.
• Build self-serve tools for 3000+ developers.
• Manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters, multi-cloud infra (AWS / GCP / Private Cloud).
• Design and maintain high-throughput CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI / ArgoCD).
• Introduce IaC adoption across the org and ensure reliability, performance, and security.
