Job summary

TALENT PULSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and enhance enterprise DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with software engineers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployments and enable high-quality software delivery.

The role focuses on automation, cloud technologies, and infrastructure as code, driving DevSecOps best practices across the SDLC and supporting production releases with robust governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting cloud-based application deployments.
• Solid understanding of container technologies and orchestration platforms.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Experience integrating security into software delivery pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Experience supporting production releases and deployment management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines to support software delivery.
• Develop deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Manage cloud-native and containerized application deployments.
• Build and support Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Automate application releases, deployments, and rollback processes.
• Maintain deployment templates and reusable DevOps components.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and support production releases.
• Implement environment provisioning and platform automation.
• Integrate security scanning, code quality checks, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive DevSecOps practices and improve software delivery governance.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual operational effort.
• Standardize deployment processes and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, operations, and security teams.
• Provide technical guidance on DevOps implementation and operational readiness.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
