Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Full Stack DevOps Engineer (L3) to design, build and improve automated software and infrastructure delivery in AWS, focused on CI/CD, IaC, and secure deployments.

You will lead GitLab CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform, automate deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across development, security and operations to ensure reliable, repeatable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent.
• 6+ years in related roles.
• 6+ years in DevOps, IaC, CI/CD and AWS deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, maintains and improves GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Develops and maintains IaC components to support repeatable AWS deployments.
• Uses Git-based workflows to manage source code, pipeline definitions, IaC and deployment artefacts.
• Automates deployment activities and reduces manual effort across build, test, release and operational processes.
• Investigates and resolves complex pipeline failures, integration issues and deployment errors.
• Supports configuration and release management, including version control, release coordination and deployment validation.
• Develops and maintains scripts and integrations required for delivery automation.
• Integrates SAST, DAST, SCA and security controls into CI/CD pipelines and supports remediation workflows for identified findings.
• Implements appropriate pipeline controls, approvals, logging and traceability for deployment activities.
• Performs AWS deployments and troubleshoots issues across automated deployment workflows.
• Documents pipeline architecture, deployment procedures, configuration dependencies and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Coaches other engineers and shares reusable automation patterns and technical knowledge.
• Contributes to continuous improvement, standardisation and automation of delivery processes.
• Performs any other related task as required.
