🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations, deployment, monitoring, and incident response of production systems across gaming and live-streaming infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Optimize network performance and troubleshoot latency or connectivity bottlenecks, especially across international regions.
  • Lead capacity planning, cost optimization, and system architecture decisions for global infrastructure.
  • Build, maintain, and improve monitoring and alerting systems to ensure platform SLAs are met.
  • Drive automation of routine tasks and infrastructure provisioning using scripting and DevOps best practices.
  • Maintain a strong security posture across deployment pipelines and production environments.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles within internet/gaming/livestreaming services.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and common troubleshooting methods.
  • Solid experience writing Shell or Python scripts for automation and operational tooling.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly on AWS, AliCloud, or similar global cloud platforms.
  • Experience with global network acceleration services (e.g., AWS Global Accelerator, Cloudflare Argo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience handling 24/7 on‑call duties or high‑availability production systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to respond quickly in high‑pressure situations.
🌟 Nice to Have
  • Background in supporting high‑concurrency, low‑latency platforms (e.g., gaming, livestreaming, audio/video services).
  • Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience optimizing cost vs performance trade‑offs in multi‑region deployments.
  • Exposure to infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
