Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years in software development with 4+ years in DevOps.
• Hands-on with CI/CD platforms (GitLab, GitHub Actions) and automated pipelines.
• Experience deploying on-premise and cloud-native solutions with containers.
• Knowledge of configuration management, IaC, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex IT architectures for innovative software solutions.
• Lead technical teams from kickoff to rollout and coordinate with project management.
• Coach teams in software engineering, architecture and agile practices.
• Advance developer experience through internal platforms and portals.
• Drive continuous improvement across multiple projects and platforms.
