Job summary

You will collaborate with clients and the founder to craft compelling brand and marketing visuals. The role demands a strong track record in graphic design or art direction, advanced Photoshop expertise, and proficiency with Illustrator and presentation software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional graphic design or art direction experience, preferably in agencies or design houses.
• Advanced Photoshop skills with photo and illustration montages.
• Knowledge of Illustrator and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote).
• Experience using AI tools for static graphics and video/animation production.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphic design concepts and finished artwork for corporate identity, brand systems, and marketing collateral.
• Create photo and illustration montages in Photoshop, including retouching for print and digital media.
• Design persuasive proposals and pitch presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and edit images, and produce short video/animation content meeting art direction goals.
• Collaborate with the founder to interpret client briefs and deliver final design solutions.
• Maintain file management, version control, and comply with print/digital specs.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphic design concepts and produce finished artwork for corporate identity, brand systems, advertising key visuals, and marketing collateral
• Create photo and illustration montages using Adobe Photoshop, including compositing and retouching for print and digital media
• Design clear and persuasive proposal and pitch presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote
• Utilize AI tools to generate and edit images, create concept visuals, and produce short video or animation content with effective prompting to meet art direction goals
• Collaborate closely with the founder to interpret client briefs and deliver final design solutions
• Maintain rigorous file management, version control, and adhere to print and digital production specifications
• Communicate design decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines and timelines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 10 or more years of professional experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably within advertising agencies or reputable design houses
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with demonstrated experience in photo and illustration montages
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools for static graphics and video or animation production, including skillful prompting
• Strong portfolio showcasing corporate identity, advertising key visuals, and proposal design
• Diploma or higher qualification in media, design, or visual communication discipline
