L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC design for semiconductor and cleanroom facilities in Singapore. The role requires 5+ years of HVAC design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and strong coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC design experience, preferably in semiconductor or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, heat transfer, and airflow control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Experience with cleanroom HVAC systems preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to work extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead HVAC design development for semiconductor/cleanroom facilities.
• Perform cooling load calculations, system sizing, equipment selection.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting and airflow design.
• Coordinate design with cleanroom, electrical, piping and process teams.
• Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.
• Support installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot design and site-related HVAC issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, NEA, WSH and project specs.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
• Willingness to commit to extended hours

Job Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design development for semiconductor and cleanroom facilities
• Perform cooling load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection

• Coordinate HVAC design with cleanroom, electrical, piping, and process teams
• Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and method statements
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot design and site-related HVAC issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
