Job Description

• Perform bid qualification based on risk assessment, availability, and technical capacities of the organization
• Perform technical and contractual evaluations of assigned tenders and manage the documentation of the tenders
• Review and execute tender documents submissions in line with contractual requirements
• Evaluate all sub-contractors & vendors technical submissions
• Co-ordinate with internal Design & Build team and external consultants on all projects technical details
• Working together with a team of Quantity Surveyors to prepare tender proposals
• Monitoring construction costing for optimal solutions in line with market conditions
• Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
