We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery across complex Managed Services Billing engagements. This role demands deep expertise in telecom billing ecosystems, including rating, invoicing, payments, and collections, with a proven ability to transform legacy systems while maintaining 100% SLA compliance. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a track record of building high-performance teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering innovative solutions across global programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Management

Orchestrate full lifecycle delivery from business consulting and application development to QA and managed services.

Lead requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Monitor project milestones and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Oversee vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standard.

Solution Architecture & Integration

Evaluate solution compatibility across critical systems: order processing, fulfilment, CDR processing, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.

Drive architectural discussions and cross-functional solutioning from front-end to backend systems.

Develop Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) to support seamless integration across platforms.

Technical Leadership & Transformation

Lead technical product upgrades with zero downtime and complete data migration from legacy systems.

Manage and mentor a global team of 50+ engineers across onsite and offshore locations.

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Client Engagement & Business Analysis

Partner with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored billing and dunning solutions.

Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and SLA commitments.

Facilitate effective communication between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

Testing & Incident Management

Conduct rigorous end-to-end testing to validate system functionality, performance, and integration.

Lead incident management for billing-related issues, including RCA, resolution, and executive reporting.
