The Deal Desk team serves as strategic advisors to LinkedIn’s Field Sales team, managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and facilitating the complex deal structures and requests that our clients demand. We drive scale within the Sales organization, allowing Sales to focus on selling while we create efficiencies, increase profitability, and enforce stronger controls.

Deal Desk Strategists possess a deep understanding of our policies, processes, and systems. They advise, coach, and train Sales Reps daily to efficiently navigate LinkedIn's sales processes and policies. By partnering with LinkedIn Sales teams and other cross-functional partners, you will help drive LinkedIn’s growth and success. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end LinkedIn ecosystem, be a strong leader, and excel at building relationships.

Within the Deal Desk team, we are looking for a strategist that possesses knowledge in Partners/ Alliance Go-To-Market and here are the requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain case queues and make sure that cases are closed within the metrics Initial Response Time of 95% and Time to Resolution of 85%
  • Achieve deal desk growth targets for APAC in terms SSEP, FY26 initiatives and OKRs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of deals, sales, and accounts, and their progress
  • Contribute to and coordinate discussions among sales representatives to reach agreements on contract terms and solve contracting scenarios
  • Review deals to ensure accuracy and compliance with LinkedIn policies and guidelines, recommending revisions when necessary
  • Identify initiatives to drive meaningful revenue upsides and remove blockers within sales to ensure deals close
  • Communicate with Sales and cross-functional partners to elevate issues and recommend solutions.
  • Perform root cause analyses and gather data to resolve moderately complex issues
  • Follow up on issues to ensure deals are closed and bring requests to total resolution
  • Analyze and leveraged data to consult on quoting, pricing strategies, deal flow, commercial models, and order processing for the sales organization, providing information on business terms and conditions using a customer‑centric approach
  • Gather information to aid in decision‑making for stakeholder priorities, deadlines, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Create and deliver materials (e.g., one‑pagers, sales training, analysis) for Sales
  • Communicate updates, timelines, and plans to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Manage relationships with cross‑functional partners
  • Implement improvements for team and process performance
  • Leverage data to influence deal growth, optimized deal structures, and align with business strategies
  • Utilize tools and create playbooks to advise sales representatives and identify upsell, cross‑sell, and packaging opportunities within individual deals
  • Track individual and market‑level performance
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in deal desk, contracts, pricing, management consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese‑speaking clients
  • Working experience in Partner Management or Operations
  • Working knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Tech savvy with CRM experience in D365 or SFDC
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in deal desk, contracts, pricing, management consulting, sales operations, revenue operations
  • Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
