Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Database Administrator.
• Proficient in MSSQL, Redis, MongoDB with performance tuning.
• Experience in designing and maintaining backup and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for development databases.
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software (Redis and MongoDB).
• Design, implement and automate backup and recovery architecture.
• Design, implement and enhance monitoring for servers and databases.
• Provide L2/3 support for production databases.
• Stay up-to-date with latest database technologies and best practices.
