Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Singapore is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build and govern multi-dimensional metrics, dashboards, and reports covering daily data needs. You will translate business problems into analytical frameworks and drive end-to-end analyses from definition to actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with product and operations teams to quantify user behavior, support growth initiatives, and evaluate feature impact using rigorous quantitative analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years experience as Senior Data Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Quick BI.
• Experience handling large datasets and producing end-to-end analyses.
• Strong communication and ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-dimensional business metrics and dashboards covering daily data needs.
• Monitor core data daily, detect anomalies, and establish monitoring frameworks.
• Quantify user behaviors to support growth opportunities in strategy design.
• Optimize features and funnels via A/B testing to improve LTV.
• Lead design and standardization of the business metrics system across products and markets.
• Translate complex problems into analytical frameworks and drive end-to-end projects.
• Collaborate with product and operations to evaluate impact of new features.
• Develop self-serve analytics tools and data products for autonomous insights.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in data analysis.
• Identify data gaps and improve data collection and infrastructure.
