Job summary

INNOCELLENCE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Data Scientist to derive insights from clinical study sensor data and to develop and implement algorithms for real-time processing and interpretation.

You will work with customers to analyze data, build models, and create tools that enhance understanding of clinical outcomes and support business decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and staying abreast of new methods in digital health.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field is required.
• 3+ years of data science experience with sensor data analysis or digital health.
• Strong time-series, signal processing, and feature extraction skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify questions, develop hypotheses, and test them with clinical study data.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for processing and interpreting sensor data.
• Apply preprocessing to large sensor data sets, handle noise, missing data, and time-series synchronization.
• Validate results and ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability in real-time processing.
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions to business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in data science and clinical research.
