Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data-driven problem statements and implement solutions using advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques.
• Develop, train, and deploy models for predictive and prescriptive analytics, including anomaly detection, optimization, and customer experience improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring quality delivery and capability growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable business impact through AI and data solutions.
• Architect and enhance AI/ML capabilities for network and operational use cases (e.g. 5G optimization, autonomous systems).
• Communicate analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and data visualization.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, and modern analytics tools (e.g. Jupyter, Zeppelin).
• Experience handling large datasets and working with cloud or big data platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on exposure to telecommunications, network analytics, or large-scale operational data.
• Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and automation.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring data professionals.
