You will shape governance, ML Ops practices, and knowledge graph initiatives, collaborating with executives to deliver scalable AI programs that impact multiple product lines worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience leading data scientists, ML engineers, and AI practitioners across multiple teams.
• Define technical strategy and align AI investments with business objectives, product roadmaps and customer outcomes.
• Build a culture of technical excellence, operational rigor, and continuous learning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• 5+ years of people management leading data science and AI teams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale AI programs across multiple teams and business units.
