Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Data & Analytics Technology Delivery Manager to lead enterprise Data Lakehouse initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, architectures and governance for complex, regulated environments.

You will oversee Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Scientists and ML Engineers while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable data platforms and successful production cutovers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Data & Analytics technology; 5+ years in senior delivery leadership.
• Proven enterprise Data Lakehouse architecture implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake, plus Apache Spark.
• Experience with Kafka or streaming data integration and batch data processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data Lakehouse and analytics platforms for batch, real-time, BI and AI/ML workloads.
• Design data solutions using Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh and federated data architectures.
• Coordinate data ingestion, transformation, APIs and analytics applications.
• Manage dependencies across data engineering, apps, infrastructure, analytics and security teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Data & Analytics Technology Delivery Manager with extensive experience delivering enterprise Data Lakehouse platforms within complex, regulated environments. The role requires a combination of Data Lakehouse architecture knowledge, data engineering depth and end-to-end technical delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data Lakehouse and analytics platforms supporting batch, real-time, BI and AI/ML workloads.
• Design and deliver data solutions incorporating Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh and federated data architecture concepts.
• Coordinate data ingestion, transformation, integration, data-serving layers, APIs and analytical applications.
• Manage technical dependencies across data engineering, application, infrastructure, analytics and security teams.
• Drive technical planning, SIT, UAT, performance/security testing, implementation, production cutover and post-production support.
• Establish engineering, DataOps/MLOps, CI/CD, security and data-governance standards.
• Lead Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Manage technical risks, issues and dependencies and provide delivery updates to project and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, audit and regulatory requirements.

Technical Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Data & Analytics technology, including 5+ years in senior technology delivery.
• Strong implementation experience with enterprise Data Lakehouse architecture.
• Strong experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake, together with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Kafka / streaming data integration and batch data-processing architectures.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL and enterprise data engineering.
• Experience with enterprise data integration technologies such as Informatica or Talend.
• Experience with Teradata, Cloudera or equivalent enterprise analytical/data platforms.
• Understanding of Data Mesh, data governance, data modelling and federated data architectures.
• Exposure to DataOps/MLOps, CI/CD and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience delivering BI/analytics solutions using platforms such as Power BI or Qlik.
• Experience delivering data platforms within banking/financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary Data Engineering, BI, Analytics and AI/ML teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant Data, Cloud or Enterprise Architecture certifications are advantageous.
