Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a seasoned Data Engineer to lead innovative data solutions and bridge business needs with technical implementations while shaping the technology roadmap.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design production-grade data pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring data quality and scalable storage across smart factory use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, and data platform implementations.
• Expertise in designing production-grade data pipelines using diverse architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data automation and transformation.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Industrial IoT integrations.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective stakeholder communication abilities.
