CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics and AI engagements for clients in Singapore and the region. You will govern delivery, manage budgets, and lead teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore partners.

You will act as the senior partner to client executives, translate priorities into roadmaps, and drive commercially successful outcomes while ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of technology consulting or services experience, incl. leadership of large data/AI programmes.
• Proven accountability for multi-workstream delivery, programme financials and governance.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data/AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP; Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of data, analytics and AI engagements for clients in Singapore and region.
• Lead delivery governance, commercial accountability, and stakeholder management.
• Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee data platforms, governance, and risk controls across programmes.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to proposals and commercial reviews.
