Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, quality, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience applying statistical methods to identify trends and root causes.
• Experience analyzing large datasets across enterprise systems and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality and reliability environments.
• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and executive presentations using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer complaints, RMAs, failure reports, and field reliability data to identify trends.
• Monitor quality metrics and support root cause investigations with data insights.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for leadership.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews covering performance across customers, products, and suppliers.
• Support 8D, CAPA, and RCCA activities with fact-based analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to present findings to management.
