Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Data Analyst to join our APAC Gaming Partnerships team.
• This role plays a strategic, partner-facing function, providing actionable data insights to support business decisions, develop regional strategies and strengthen industry relationships with gaming developers.
• The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works independently while being a team player and has a strong curiosity to uncover insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Partner Managers and internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support regional strategy.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations through deep-dive analyses.
• Customize and optimize dashboards using SQL and BI tools to meet team needs (approx. 30% of the role).
• Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics to inform product and partnership goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Support business development and strategic initiatives through insights creation and data consultation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related technical operations role (junior candidates with strong experience will be considered).
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python).
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for gaming or tech industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative role providing insights to business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with gaming industry or previous experience in gaming companies.
