Job summary

CPS Asia is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to serve regional clients from Singapore, focusing on auditing, testing, and risk mitigation across IT environments. The role requires deep experience in security assessments, threat modeling, and implementing security controls.Travel to client sites will be needed as required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide customer teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on audit and consulting
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, application, and network pentesting
• Experience using assessment tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, NMap
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ICTSS, CCoP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
• Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Manufacturing, or Energy sectors preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks
• Independently gather requirements from clients
• Perform host configuration reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, threat and risk assessments, and threat modeling
• Develop and implement strategies to protect systems from cyber threats
• Assist clients in implementing security controls and measures
• Provide guidance to clients' IT teams on cybersecurity best practices
• Collaborate with client teams to integrate systems with enterprise cybersecurity measures
• Stay updated on emerging threats and industry trends
• Provide recommendations on cybersecurity policies and procedures
