Job description
Duties & Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual team strategy and goals aligned with overall HQ CS strategy.
  • Build and lead CS team.
  • Identify, pursue and manage customer service sales opportunities and rebuild projects to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers, including mid size systems.
  • Identify customer’s challenges and requirements for opportunities to provide tailored solutions for system improvement to meet their needs.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Prepare sales proposal for upgrades and retrofits, review service agreement to negotiate with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
  • Align, review and execute company’s sales strategy.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
