Job summary

A leading organization in career enhancement is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer in Singapore. This role manages the order fulfillment process, analyzes customer needs, and ensures efficient resolution of inquiries. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in logistics or supply chain and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, along with SAP and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in logistic, 3PL/warehouse management, OTC or E2E supply chain.
• Independent self-starter with accountability.
• Ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes for EMTR and SEA.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Skills

Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent

Proficient in English & Chinese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with SAP OTC & SCM
