Job Scope

Customer service executives use their skills and experience to ensure that a company delivers the highest standards of service to customers, aims to maximize customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunity.

Maintaining consistent quality control, standardizing procedures and policies, and establishing expectations of customer service.

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about quotation and operational matters in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer services.

  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, handle shipment activations and crosstrade shipments.
  • Coordinate with customers for their incoming, outgoing and cross-trade shipments.
  • Coordinate with Overseas Agent for shipment activities.
  • Understand import and export process.
  • To complete all required documentations on time.
  • To provide assistance with sales and marketing activities as required.
  • Handle customer's issues, take appropriate action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer issues.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in reports.
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working attitude with positive customer mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good to have at least basic experience in sea/air shipment procedures.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to commit for overtime when needed.
  • Singaporeans preferred.
  • 5-day work week.
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm /9am to 6pm.
