What You Will Do
  • Manage shop engine and rental engine events for customers across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Communicate customer requirements and expectations clearly to relevant departments within P&W/C to coordinate rental engine support and shop inductions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Programs, LeaseCo, Shop) to meet customer needs, evaluate options, and develop effective support solutions.
  • Provide after‑hours and weekend support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, as required.
  • Ensure all customer queries are addressed and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in regular network meetings to provide updates on engine deployment, availability, and shop status.
  • Liaise with customers to manage 3‑month forecasts for rental engine needs and scheduled/unscheduled shop visits.
  • Utilize tools and systems such as SAP, CRM, EMF, and SharePoint to manage data and communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers throughout the region.
  • Participate in cost reduction initiatives and other continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Diploma in Engineering Business or any other related field.
  • Min 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Demonstrates a mature disposition, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently at times and support off‑hours Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer requirements and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Supply Chain and Logistics experience on international shipments and warehousing management.
  • Understanding of engine leasing or maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO) operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
