Overview

Operations

  • Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet
  • Monitor sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales
  • Responsible for the stock variance within his/her shop
  • Assist in manpower planning
  • Maintain high level of customer service standards
  • Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output
  • Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline
Staff Management
  • Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all company operations
  • Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company
  • Ensure that staff adheres to company's code of conduct & ensure fair practice at work
Requirements
  • GCE "O", "N" Level or ITE certificate
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience or customer service experience
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (6 days workweek)
  • Excellent verbal communication and selling-up skills
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
  • Team player
