Overview

Senior Customer Relation Executive Representative is responsible for providing high-level customer support and guidance, resolving complex issues, and serving as a mentor to junior team members in adopting best practices for operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
  • Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
  • Support operational improvements and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Actively monitor orders and inform customers when delivery schedule changes.
  • Maintain proper documents and filing.
  • Data entry and documentation duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Ability to communicate with customer.
Requirements
  • Based on business needs and working schedule. (Weekend or holiday shifts is required)
  • Able to commence work on short notice
  • Good team player
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills
  • Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient
  • IT savvy as well and decently knowledge around IT software as well as hardware
  • Able to commit to overtime when required.
  • Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
  • Must be effectively bilingual, both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
