Senior Customer Relation Executive (Food Manufacturing)

Senior Customer Relation Executive Representative is responsible for providing high-level customer support and guidance, resolving complex issues, and serving as a mentor to junior team members in adopting best practices for operational excellence.

  • Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
  • Support operational improvements and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain proper documents and filing.
  • Data entry and documentation duties.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Ability to communicate with customer.
Requirements
  • Able to commence work on short notice.
  • Good team player.
  • Must be self‑motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills.
  • Computer literate, Excel and Word proficient.
  • IT savvy and decent knowledge of IT software and hardware.
  • Able to commit to overtime when required.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience within the administrative function.
  • Must be effectively bilingual, both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
