Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams on go-to-market (GTM) strategies
• Support CRM Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns
• Manage user segmentation, automation, lifecycle management, and reporting
• Drive metrics like DAU/MAU, retention, loyalty, and purchases
• Use A/B testing to analyze and improve CRM initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or business analysis roles
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, crypto trading, and derivatives
• Interest or knowledge of financial news preferred
• Skilled in campaign delivery, automation, and rigorous A/B testing
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin is a bonus
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and ownership mindset
