Job summary

Talent First is seeking an AR/credit administrator in Singapore to manage customer accounts, monitor overdue payments, and support credit decisions. You will handle invoicing, refunds, rebates and credit notes while ensuring payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams for collection matters, maintain AR records, and assist audits, with a 5.5 day workweek and benefits including staff purchase and variable bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and overdue payments.
• Conduct credit checks and recommend credit limits.
• Handle invoicing, payments, refunds, rebates, and credit/debit notes.
• Resolve billing and payment issues with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and support audits.
• Liaise with customers and external parties for credit and debt collection matters.
