Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (FSP CRA) to coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, either remotely or on-site. The role requires ensuring protocol adherence, ICH-GCP compliance, and audit readiness, with extensive collaboration across sponsor environments and a practical travel schedule.

Senior CRA will mentor less experienced CRAs, manage complex studies, and support project teams with data integrity and site qualification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN certification.
• 2+ years clinical research monitoring experience.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites using risk-based monitoring, RCA, CAPA.
• Perform on-site and remote monitoring to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.
• Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters using approved standards.
• Maintain regular communication with investigative sites to ensure timely data entry.
• Support investigator payment activities and resolve monitoring findings with the project team.
• Participate in investigator meetings and site initiation/close-out activities.
• Ensure essential documents are complete and audit-ready.
