We support individuals, couples and families who are facing distress and conflicts due to family-related issues through counselling services, and we conduct divorce support services for those impacted by divorce issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family relationship, marriage or divorce
  • Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are impacted by divorce
  • Support practice research and evaluation efforts
  • Conduct clinical and administrative supervision
  • Assess supervisees' training needs and enhance their professional growth
  • Support in implementation of FAM@FSC's practice standards and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work or Counselling
  • More than 7 years of experience working with families or children
  • Certificate in supervision from a professional accredited social work or counselling body will be an added advantage
