About the Team

The Global Location Strategy team aims to define and deploy strategies that support our global expansion and regional business growth. Our consultants and analysts are responsible for comprehensive research and analysis of Global Real Estate markets, whilst leading our real estate business strategy development and roll‑out.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis on global real estate markets, which includes but isn't limited to detailing regulation impact, geographic advantages, demographic trends, talent pools and pipelines, industry developments, benchmark analysis, real estate supplies and feasibilities, financials and costs.
• Lead standardisation and strategy work of the Location Strategy team with regards to relevant real estate topics, at both global and regional level.
• Initiate various communication and changes with key stakeholders to drive research, insights, data and recommendations that support our strategies and growth.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end implementation of the global real estate location strategy projects, assess opportunities and challenges with actionable levers, ensure and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and pivot effectively in a fast‑moving, ever‑evolving working environment.
• Proven experience in corporate real estate strategy, site selection, or location strategy within a multinational company, consulting firm, or a real‑estate advisory function.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a passion for the internet, technology, and innovation sectors.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a structured approach to evaluating market conditions and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of global and regional real estate markets, including regulatory frameworks, cost structures, and economic drivers.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in corporate expansion, location strategy consulting, or workplace transformation projects.
