BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable corporate finance professional to support CF/M&A/IPO and fundraising deal execution. You will conduct market research, financial analysis and due diligence while preparing client materials and term sheets.

The role involves coordinating with issuers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and strong equity market insights. You should have 3–6 years’ experience in transaction advisory or investment banking, with solid financial modelling

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Open to Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager with 3–6 years in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, ECM/IPO.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; proficient in Excel; knowledge of valuation techniques.

Mansioni

Conduct industry/market research, financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, valuation and support CF/M&A/IPO/Fundraising transactions.
Lead fundraising workstreams with issuers and internal teams to meet deliverables and timelines.
Assist day-to-day execution for listing, M&A and capital-raising transactions.
Prepare client materials, teasers, term sheets and reports.
Apply market knowledge of equity capital markets to generate ideas for clients’ capital formation and marketing needs.
