We are seeking a SCADA Engineer with experience will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build powerful dashboards, templates, and analytics tools that leverage real-time and historical data to support decision making. This role will be actively involved in developing our capability for predictive analytics.
Job Descriptions:
Design, configure, and implement SCADA solutions with Ignition Vision and Perspective modules.
Integrate SCADA with PLCs, sensors, OPC servers, databases, and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
Build and customize data visualization dashboards within Ignition using Jython (Python) and SQL to support operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Implement analytics for downtime, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and root cause analysis.
Develop frameworks to detect anomalies and trigger predictive maintenance using equipment and sensor data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
3 years of experience with SCADA systems development using Ignition with data knowledge of Ignition Tag Historian, Reporting, Vision and Perspective modules.
Proficient in designing data visualization tools and build intuitive dashboards.
Proficient in Python (Jython) and SQL for scripting, data queries, and logic building.
Knowledge understanding of OEE and SPC.
Self-motivated and work with cross-functional teams.
