Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist with tender reviews and contract administration. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in tunnelling projects. Responsibilities include managing contracts and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Competitive salary package offered.

Responsibilities

• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on contract and site matters.
• Review subcontractor claims and prepare payment certificates.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Requirements
