Overview

Senior Contracts Manager / HDB / Main Con / 11K / Tampines Area

Responsibilities

• Tender Management: Lead full tendering cycle — from bid strategy, risk assessment, and pricing coordination to final submission and post-tender negotiations.
• Document Review & Compliance: Interpret and evaluate client-issued tender documents (RFPs, BOQs, drawings) to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, procurement, legal, engineering) to prepare complete and high-quality submissions.
• Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiation of commercial terms, risk allocation, and contract conditions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Process Development & Oversight: Establish structured workflows for approvals, documentation, and handover to project teams while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Degree in QS/Construction/Civil Engineering; 10+ years’ experience (5 years in a senior role); excellent knowledge of contracts, risk management, and construction practices; excellent communication, leadership, and MS Office/project software skills.
• Must have experience in HDB projects in Singapore.
• Location: Tampines
