Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Managing Director on Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Oversee preparation of pre-tender documentation and manage tender processes.
• Prepare and manage contract documentation for effective administration.
• Support Project Managers with monthly progress claims.
• Attend site meetings on contractual matters.
• Assist in preparing variation orders and record changes.
• Liaise with contractors and Quantity Surveyors on claims.
• Work with directors to prepare project budgets and cash flow projections.
• Negotiate subcontractor packages and agreements.
• Analyze project and contract scopes for effective administration.
