What You’ll Do
  • Manage, update and maintain website content using Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design and operations teams, to publish content aligned with campaign goals and seasonal programming.
  • Design and optimize on‑brand digital visuals and layouts for web pages, ensuring an engaging user experience through strong visual design principles (typography, color schemes, photography integration, etc.).
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure web accessibility, usability and compliance with corporate identity and branding guidelines.
  • Analyze website analytics data (e.g., traffic, user interaction, conversion rates) to identify areas for enhancement and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Liaise with developers or IT teams for technical troubleshooting, feature enhancements and integration of new tools or plugins.
  • Stay updated with web design and development trends to propose innovative ideas that elevate the site’s aesthetics and functionality.
What Will Make You Shine
  • 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience managing web content with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Proficient in content publishing workflows, copy editing, web layout and web design/development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong visual design sense, including typography, layout, color theory and branding consistency; skilled in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
  • Familiar with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and SEO principles/tools to ensure inclusive and optimized web experiences.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, able to balance technical and creative requirements, prioritize tasks and adapt designs for performance across devices and browsers.
