The inline SaaS solution is used by thousands of restaurants worldwide, from global chains to boutique Michelin star kitchens. The company collaborates with leading food-tech platforms to enhance client growth. Having started in Taiwan, inline has expanded to Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Canada, and the U.S. Recently, the company closed its Series A funding from top Asian VC funds and is rapidly hiring.

We are seeking a strategic Content Marketing & SEO Specialist to plan and execute brand content marketing initiatives. You will communicate brand value through compelling content and enhance visibility and conversion across our website and marketing channels. We are looking for candidates who can work in Singapore (local candidates or those willing to relocate are welcome).

What You Will Do
Overall Content Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to different audiences: B2B (restaurants) and B2C (consumers)
  • Write and optimize various marketing content including brand blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and product copy
  • Manage and optimize SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic
  • Proficient in WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Analyze content performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools to provide optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and advertising teams to execute cross-functional content promotion projects
Restaurant-Focused Content Planning & Promotion (B2B)
  • Create sales presentation content, landing pages, brand blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and product copy
  • Performance objectives: Increase leads, form conversion rates, and meeting bookings
Consumer-Focused Content Planning & Promotion (B2C)
  • Plan App/LINE messaging to increase user numbers, activity participation rates, and successful reservations
  • Write content for campaign pages, search recommendations, and push notifications to optimize traffic and conversions
  • Work with CRM automation scripts to re-engage dormant members and drive time-sensitive incentives
SEO Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, site architecture) to improve organic traffic and rankings
  • Collaborate with content team to provide keyword strategy and page optimization direction, regularly reviewing existing content performance
  • Work with engineering team to optimize site speed, indexing, structured data, and other technical elements
  • Establish SEO performance tracking mechanisms and regularly produce reports with insights to drive optimization
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 5+ years of content or brand marketing experience, including at least 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
  • Excellent writing and information organization skills, able to transform complex information into engaging content
  • Keen awareness of digital marketing trends and user content behavior
  • Strong ability to analyze content performance data and provide optimization recommendations
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English communication (preferred)
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale websites or multilingual content planning projects
  • Experience in e-commerce, B2B SaaS, or international market marketing
