Job summary

About the team

The Global Payment User Experience Design team is redefining how people around the world interact with payment and financial services. We combine product design, localized user research, brand creativity, and data insight to understand user needs, cultural differences, and financial behaviors across markets, solving problems that span multiple countries and regulatory environments. Our work shapes how users perceive and trust the brand, and drives product innovation, business growth, and the establishment of global experience standards.

You will build payment and financial products for a global user base, working with design, research, product, and technology partners around the world on problems where design decisions carry real consequences.

This role will be based onsite at our office and will require a 5-day onsite work arrangement.

Minimum qualifications

• Strong English proficiency and fluent Chinese, with experience supporting localization and collaboration with Chinese-speaking teams.
• Experience in content design or UX writing, with a strong writing portfolio.
• Experience designing end-to-end products with complex user flows and scenarios.
• Experience using AI to improve content design and localization workflows.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or related industries.
• Experience working on global products and localization.
• Proficiency in Figma and content management tools.
