What the day will look like

This is an exciting role combining entrepreneurship and analytical skills to drive the Total Benefits strategy—from planning, advisory, delivery and client management, in order to drive better client experience and increase sales at both a local country and regional level.

In regard to this role, Total Benefits includes; Flex, Online Benefits, Digital B2B Solutions and related Benefits Communications.

  • Support execution of the Total Benefits function in Asia
  • Spearhead various initiatives that are assigned from time to time, based on the practice roadmap to drive value to clients
  • Responsible for the internal launch/rollout of benefits digital communications across the Asia, that ensures the local teams are ready to deliver clients a total digital benefits journey
  • Partner with ACIA (Aon Centre of Innovation and Analytics) to create regular market insights on digital/online benefits trends across the Asia
  • Make a strong contribution to Total Benefits function
  • Serve as the catalyst to upskill and grow local colleague champions who can lead Online Benefits engagements in-country
  • Collaborate with Health Solution country teams across the Asia to support sales
  • Participate in local team business planning to drive growth and client excellence
  • Oversee Flex/online benefits clients at the regional level to ensure service excellence
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Degree in any relevant discipline
  • At least 10 years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional and/or consulting experience
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders; multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions; excellent cross-border project management; strong leadership and vertical and/or horizontal people management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Optional financial services license or actuarial background
